- SHIPPING AND RETURNS -

Do you offer home delivery?
Yes! We ship to all of Spain. At the moment, we do not ship to other countries.


What is the cost of home delivery?
The general shipping cost (clothing, footwear, and accessories) is $190. It is a fixed cost, it does not vary if you want to add multiple products to your order ;)
Products that are heavier and larger have a different shipping cost: ballet bars and linoleum floors have a shipping cost of $450.


How do I know when my shipment will arrive?
Shipments are dispatched within 24-48 business hours* from when your payment is processed in the system.
*Please note that the courier collection service operates from Monday to Thursday and does not work on weekends, holidays, or public holidays.
Once your web order leaves our store, the shipping time will depend on the courier. It can take between 2 to 15 days, depending on the area, the courier, holidays, and other factors. You will automatically receive an email with your shipment details so you can track it ?


Can I request express shipping?
Yes, the cost will depend on your postal code. Contact us via WhatsApp at 55 6137 1366 and we will arrange it (available Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm. Saturdays from 10am to 6pm).


By what means do you make home deliveries?
We ship your order by courier. The company varies depending on availability and coverage in each area of Spain. Most web orders are shipped via RedPack.


Can I buy online at ZA&ZA and pick up my order at the physical store in Monterrey?
Yes, you can! In the final step of your online purchase, you will have the option to choose "In-store pickup" (you still need to fill in your address details for customer registration purposes). You can see the location of ZA&ZA MTY by clicking here. We are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm - Saturdays from 10am to 6pm.


Can I buy online at ZA&ZA and pick up my order at the physical store in Oaxaca or Puebla?
Not at the moment. We only offer online purchase pickups at our physical store in Obispado, Monterrey.


- PAYMENT METHODS -

What payment methods do you accept at ZA&ZA WEB?
All of them! We operate through OpenPay (to keep your data secure) and you can pay with:
- Credit or debit card
- Interbank transfers (SPEI)
- Cash at convenience stores (Paynet)



How do I make a cash payment when buying online?
It‘s simple :) When you reach the payment setup step, you must choose the option of "Openpay Paynet". You will automatically receive a payment voucher by email, so you can go to your nearest convenience store and make the cash payment.

- SIZES AND EXCHANGES -

How do I know what size I am?
If you are buying clothing, check the description ;) Most of our products have their size chart loaded. If the item you want to buy does not have a size chart or if you still have doubts: you can contact us via WhatsApp and we will assist you personally ♥



Can I exchange an item if it doesn‘t fit me?

  • Yes, most of the time! Except for underwear/tights that have been tried on or products on sale, clearance, or closeout. The returned product must be unused, clean, and in good condition, as it was sent from ZA&ZA. It is important to know that the shipping will be at your expense (both the return of your order and the new shipment for the exchange).

    Do pointe shoes have exchanges?

    Yes, they can be exchanged! But there are certain conditions to consider:

    • They must be clean, unused, and in perfect condition. We recommend trying them on a mat.

    • If the purchase was made online, the shipping costs are the customer‘s responsibility: the return to the store and the new home delivery. When the pointe shoes arrive at the store, the new ones are sent out.

  • If the desired item is not available, we check the stock in the warehouse and can order it or exchange the value for another product.

What should I do if I can‘t find the pointe shoes I need on ZA&ZA WEB?

At ZA&ZA, we carry a wide variety of brands, models, sizes, and hardness levels of pointe shoes. If the ones you want are not available... don‘t worry! :D We can try to get them for you by special order.
